The Elect on the Election

October 4, 2008

JackHammers will not be silenced.  We’ve found some stuff to chisel.  Eye Protection firmly in place.   Hands gloved.  Sleeves rolled down.  Heads wedged in hard hats.  Sweat squiggling out from beneath the head band.  We’re workin’ overtime.

We are the elect.  This is the election.  McCain or Obama.  Republican or Democrat.  Or Constitution.  Palin or Biden.  Electoral or Popular.  Gallup or Zogby.  We vote.  And we’re Christians.   We’re elect, and we elect.

Political discussion all month.  Not election — THE election.  Wear gloves.  Squint manfully.  Wipe sweat before it drips.

If you want to influence the election, purchase the tracts that preach the gospel and attack abortion that Bethel Baptist Church, where Pastor Brandenburg pastors, has printed. You can preach the gospel and stand for righteousness. If we don’t do anything but wring our hands about the mass murder of millions of children, we are not honoring God.

By the way, the text of the tract is at my website, entitled “God’s View of Abortion.” You can’t see the picture of the baby that was murdered on the website, though, just the text. The tract looks a lot better than the simple text, but you can at least see the text at http://thross7.googlepages.com/home.

BTW, the text of the tract is on my website. You can’t see the picture of the baby that was killed in the tract, but at least you can get the text (the tract looks sharp, more sharp than the simple text on the website). I would encourage men of God who read this and don’t want to join with Catholics holding signs, and don’t want to do nothing, to check the text out and then start protesting abortion and preaching the gospel–especially if you are in a swing state.

Thomas wrote the tract. It’s very well written like most of everything that he writes. Handing out an abortion tract that preaches the gospel is the best way to deal with abortion, IMO.

The reason almost the identical comment appears above twice is because I thought it had disappeared the first time I wrote i–but it had not.

We’re just thankful for the brevity of your comments here…

    They’re even short doubled!
